After reviewing the Artist Retreat Guidelines, interested artists/ensembles are encouraged to email us (hillholl@hughes.net) to inquire about date availability and suitability of your project.  We can set up an appointment to speak by telephone, if you wish (518-293-7613) to submit an application. Some additional information on the application process is given below.

Application Deadlines: Applications will be accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis, and should be submitted at least eight weeks before the desired time-frame (sooner to ensure preferred dates).

To apply on-line: The application form may be submitted as an e-mail attachment to hillholl@hughes.net.  The recording may be sent via snail-mail, or as an attachment such as an mp3, or a link may be provided to an on-line performance.

To apply by mail: A hard copy of the application form may be mailed to:
